Chennai Super Kings will face off against Delhi Capitals in the Qualifier No 1 of the Indian Premier League. Both teams will want to win this game to make it to the final. They have been playing really good cricket so far and will want to move one step closer to win the IPL title. The finalists of last year have the edge as they are on top of the points table.

Finishing second on the points table with 18 points, Chennai Super Kings will play the Qualifier 1 against the Delhi Capitals. While, CSK have had a decent UAE leg, they get into the final stages of the league with a hat-trick of losses. They’ve lost matches against Rajasthan Royals, Delhi Capitals and Punjab Kings. They will want to play some good live cricket in this fixture and make it to the final.
For MS Dhoni and company, it is opener Ruturaj Gaikwad eho has been in great form. He has scored 533 runs in the tournament so far (14 matches) at an average of 44.41. Portea batsman, Gaikwad’s fellow opener, Faf du Plessis has scored 546 runs in 14 games.
However, except for these two other batsmen have had it hot and cold in the UAE leg so far. Bowling wise Shardul Thakur has been the one Dhoni has looked at for wickets. Ravindra Jadeja and Dwayne Bravo have also adapted to the conditions and bowled economically.
