The final match of the Pakistan’s tour to England, a T20 international, will be held at Old Trafford tomorrow. The tourists will have mixed memories about the trip. They will remember the drawn test series fondly. They will be eager to forget the ODI series which they lost 4-1. They will want to finish the tour on a victorious note. But England, as they found out in the ODI series, can be a difficult opponent in the limited overs arena. Cricket betting enthusiasts, it is hard to predict who is going to win.
Preview – England
England will be keen to re-assert their supremacy. They were a bit complacent at Cardiff in the last ODI and paid the price for it. The final match between the two, in Sharjah last year, was tied. Fans would love an encore. Check out the odds of a tie in cricket betting at 12 bet. Preview – Pakistan
Pakistan will have a new-look team for the T-20. The team is almost unrecognizable from the one that played tests. Sarfraz Ahmed, who had a sparkling ODI series amidst batting chaos around him, will captain the team for the first time. Experienced pace bowlers Sohail Tanvir and rookie speedster Amad Butt have been included in the 13-member squad. Butt is likely to play he is the only right-arm pace-bowling option in an array of left armers.
Batting will be the key for Pakistan. If it succeeds, half the job is done. Sarfraz and Shoaib Malik, the architects of their win in the final ODI, will have to shoulder the responsibility once again.
It is going to be an extremely close contest. In cricket betting, it is better to favour the side batting second.
