AS Monaco FC has confirmed the signing of SS Lazio forward Keita Balde Diao on a five-year contract until June 2022.
According to the Ligue 1 champions club, Diao will wear No. 14 shirt. Meanwhile, the fee is reported to be worth €30 million.
Monaco CEO Vadim Vasilyev is very pleased to have the Senegalese international forward, who has been capped 12 times and scored three goals for his country.

He’s a player we’ve been monitoring for some time, who has already shown a lot of quality and in whom we have a lot of faith to continue building a strong side this season.” Vasilyev expressed
The 22-year-old forward spent four years with Lazio and had 16 goals and three assists in 31 appearances in Serie A last season.

Amid of the upcoming departure of Kylian Mbappe to Paris Saint-Germain, Monaco also signed Stevan Jovetic from Inter Milan.
