Jurgen Klopp has told Liverpool fans that there isn’t a need to worry about the club’s seemingly slow summer transfer business.
Liverpool chief aims to strengthen his squad. But ever since the transfer window opened, the Reds have only brought Mohamed Salah and youngster Dominic Solanke to Anfield.
This spurred worry over their supporters as their rivals continue to grow their signings.
Klopp disclosed, “We cannot buy players only because other teams buy players. We do business as good as we can go it,” the manager said and has given emphasis that his team has ample time.
“We have until the 31st of August.
”If we make transfer, it’s because we want to do it. If not it’s because we don’t want to do it. That’s how it is and we have to wait a little bit.”
Meanwhile, Klopp’s side have kicked off their 2017/18 with a positive note. The team defetared National League Tranmere with a composition of goals from James Miller, Marko Grujic, Pedro Chirivella, and Ben Woodburn (stand by for betting tips as the season restarts).
