Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp advised his men to accept the result after they were held to a 0-0 draw against West Bromwich Albion at Anfield.
According to Klopp, they had enough opportunity to win the match but the Reds weren’t able to convert and take those chances.
“That was not our best game tonight but I think we had enough chances to win. We didn’t use them and we have to accept the result.” Klopp stated
Meanwhile, Liverpool had a late goal from substitute Dominic Solanke, who thought he had scored his first goal with the club. However the officials ruled it out for handball and Klopp was unhappy with the decision.
“It is twice deflected and I am still not sure. It is for sure chest and then I am not sure if handball. We cannot take the decision back so all good, it is like this. It must be a really good assistant, he made the decision and he will be happy if it is handball. It was another moment we had no luck.” Liverpool manager added
The result brings the Reds outside the top four behind Tottenham Hotspur on a goal difference with 34 points.
