One big clutch shot. That’s all what it takes to win the game and Victor Oladipo took a big step forward to help the Indiana Pacers defeat the San Antonio Spurs at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Indianapolis.
Spurs is leading 94-92 over Pacers but Oladipo led his team, made a step-back three point shot with 10.3 seconds to go and lift Indiana to 97-94 victory.
The 25-year-old star point guard finished the game with 23 points, five assists and four rebounds while Domantas Sabonis helped the Pacers with a double-double 22 points and 12 rebounds.
“It looked good. It felt good. I held it. It was a little deep, maybe a little too deep. Honestly, I didn’t really want to shoot it that far; but the move felt good and I just held my follow through and it went in. I was always taught when you step back to shoot a little higher than normal. Praise the basketball gods for that one.” Oladipo said after the game
For San Antonio, it was LaMarcus Aldridge who guided his fellow teammates with 26 points and eight rebounds while Pau Gasol added 17 points. (Check 12BET for more Free Betting Tips)
