With the addition of four new teams, the ProKabbadi League Season 5, starting on July 28, is all set to scale new heights. Tournament Format

The teams are divided into two zones:

Zone B: Telugu Titans, Bengaluru Bulls, Patna Pirates, Bengal Warriors, UP Yoddha and Tamil Thalaivas.

Each team will face the other teams in the zone three times. That means there will be 15 league matches in each zone. The top three teams in each zone after the league phase will go to the Playoffs stage. The toppers of the respective zones will lock horns with each other, and the winner will go directly to the final. The third placed team in Zone A will meet the second placed team of Zone B. And the third placed team in Zone B will meet the second placed team of Zone A. The winners of these two matches face each other and the winner of which will meet the loser of the clash between table toppers. The winner of this match will go to the final.
