Chelsea forward Eden Hazard revealed that playing under Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane would be a dream in his career.
According to Hazard, Zidane is one of his idols and he would love to work with the Madrid boss someday.
However, he cleared it out that as of now, he is focused and enjoying his life playing at Chelsea.
“Everyone knows the respect I have for Zidane as a player, but also as a manager. He was my idol. I do not know what will happen in my career in the future. However, for sure, to play under Zidane would be a dream. I am enjoying life at Chelsea. I still have a lot of things to achieve with them. I am focused on playing for Chelsea.” Hazard expressed
Going back, Zidane, who has been appointed as Madrid boss in January 2016, praised Hazard’s international career with Belgium several times.
He also led Los Blancos to a back-to-back Champions League titles and was able to finish La Liga at the top last season.
Meanwhile, aside from Hazard’s admiration to Zidane, the Belgium star forward said that it would be a great pleasure to work again with Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho, who was sacked as Chelsea boss for a second time in 2015.
“Of course [I would enjoy working with Mourinho again]. I like facing him also as an opponent. If we were to work together in the future it would be with pleasure.” Hazard added
