David Moyes confidently said that he could manage any team in the world and aims to prove this during his stay at West Ham United.
Since the appointment and arrival last month, Moyes successfully lifted the Hammers out of the relagation zone and remain unbeaten in the past three games.
Last weekend’s 3-0 defeat of Stoke was soon followed by another victory over reigning champs Chelsea and then a draw with Arsenal.
In a statement, the Scot said, “I think I’m capable of doing the job at any club in the world so I’m sure I can do it at West Ham.”
So far, the Hammers are positioned in the 15th spot of the Premier League with 17 points gathered.
“I have to come here and show I can do it,” said Moyes. “You have to come and show what you can do. Your reputation doesn’t stand for anything.
“You have to come here and try to get up and show you’re capable of doing the job.”
Along with Moyes’ goals for his coaching club, he is looking to rebuild his reputation after unsuccessful spells in charge of Manchester United, Real Sociedad, and Sunderland.
